Travel and Leisure has reported on a study that came up with locations that have “perfect” weather for every season.  Their definition of perfect weather was 70-75 and sunny.  The page lists different places that the weather is good in the spring, summer, fall and winter.  Worth a check if you just want to go somewhere nice, but don’t have any particular place in mind.
